Return & Refund Policy for Sanjeevani Natural Wellness

RETURN OF PRODUCT

  1. Returns are acceptable with a replacement of the product or a full refund of the amount paid by the customer within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, returns are limited to the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products: If, upon delivery of the product, you find that it has been damaged or is defective, please immediately notify our Customer Care team at +9099732266 or email us at infosanjeevaniwellness@gmail.com. We will either refund your payment or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment, along with the original packing, must be returned, and the damaged or defective product should be in its sealed pack.

Incorrect Product Dispatched: If you discover that we have dispatched a different product than what was ordered, please notify our Customer Care team immediately at +9099732266 or email us at infosanjeevaniwellness@gmail.com. We will either refund your payment or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned, and the products should be in their sealed pack.

REFUND OF PAYMENT

Once your return has been confirmed, we will initiate your refund within 7 working days. However, it may take 15 to 30 working days for the refund to be credited or reflected in your bank or credit card account statement, as inter-bank refund procedures may take time.
